Freelyss is the only wax in the line that is opaque which is an asset because it adds visibility on what needs to be removed. However, it cools fast and must be used on small areas or removed quickly. It is heated in the microwave oven.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Shipping to other urban and surrounding areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier timelines.
