Welcome to the Nails R Us Beauty Supply Ltd. website. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and policies governing access to our website, online store, educational offerings, and services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

User Registration

Nails R Us Beauty Supply Ltd. operates exclusively as a professional wholesale supplier within the nail, esthetic, and spa industries in Canada. Our business is not open to the general public. Access to pricing, purchasing, and educational offerings requires approved user registration.

We sell products, equipment, and education only to licensed professionals and registered beauty businesses. We reserve the right to request proof of professional education, certification, or business registration at any time.

To register, please select the Register button located at the top of the Home Page. Complete the registration form with your personal and business information, submit your professional proof via email or fax, and verify your email address using the confirmation link sent to you. Once your account is approved, you will be able to log in and access the Nails R Us web store.

Event Participation & Media Release

By registering for and attending any Nails R Us educational classes, workshops, or training sessions, participants acknowledge and grant permission for Nails R Us to capture photographs and video recordings during the event.

These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes across our website, social media platforms, and other digital or printed materials. We respect the privacy and professionalism of our community. If you have concerns regarding the use of your image, please contact us directly so we may address them appropriately.

Using Our Website

Products and classes can be browsed through the navigation bar at the top of the website. Categories, brands, and product types may be selected using drop-down menus to refine your search.

The Search Box located at the top-right of the Home Page allows for quick product lookup. You may search using keywords such as product name, brand, type, or product number.

Product Pricing & Information

While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and pricing are accurate, errors or misprints may occur. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, Nails R Us reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product.

In such cases, we may contact you for further instructions, cancel the order without liability, and correct the error on our website.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be applied based on the shipping destination and local tax regulations.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods for online orders include Visa, Mastercard, and Interac e-Transfer. All transactions are processed in Canadian funds.

Interac e-Transfer is available only for select Canadian accounts and is not currently integrated into the online checkout system. If you prefer this payment method, please contact us directly.

For online orders selected for in-store pickup, payment must be completed via Interac e-Transfer or in person at our cashier upon pickup. In-store payment options may include additional methods.

Pending Charges (Pre-Authorization)

When placing an order online, your credit card is pre-authorized for the invoice amount. The card is not charged until the order is manually processed in-store and shipped.

If an order is cancelled, modified, or partially fulfilled, the original pre-authorization may temporarily appear on your statement. This hold will be released and replaced with the final charge once processed by your financial institution.

Placing an Online Order

To place an order, log in using your registered email address and password. Select the desired products and click Add to Cart. You may review, modify, or remove items from your cart at any time before checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Special orders, furniture, or non-stock items may require additional processing time.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are calculated once the order has been prepared for dispatch. Delivery times within Canada generally range from 1–7 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after being added to your cart, it will be removed from your order and your invoice adjusted accordingly. We may not contact you regarding out-of-stock items unless specifically requested in the order comments.

Back Orders

We do not process back orders. Any unavailable items will be noted on your packing slip, and you will not be charged for them. Reordering is required once stock becomes available.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not entered the shipping stage. Please contact Customer Service at 905-614-1402 to confirm eligibility for cancellation.

Complaints & Claims

All defects, damages, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Claims reported after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Warranty Disclaimer

This website and all products are provided on an “as is” basis. Nails R Us makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Nails R Us’ maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products ordered. Under no circumstances shall Nails R Us be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Customers waive any objection to jurisdiction, venue, or forum non conveniens.
