This is the Voila 3C Intense family of professional super-lighteners for hair, which lightens by more than five shades, bringing out blonde highlights naturally while protecting the hair shaft. The .11 series lightens natural hair by up to five shades, while the .12 series exceeds five shades. Both are mixed with the Voila Bisabolol Oxidant Cream at a ratio of 1:3 (30 mL + 90 mL of lightening cream).

The 12.0S shade is a lightening booster recommended for thick and very dark hair by mixing it in equal parts with the remaining super-lightening products in the .11 and .12 range.
