A couple of important points:

• Make sure 2 in 1 lamp is a charge for a total of 24 hours without use.
• Make sure the flash cure is cradled on the main unit the whole time while charging.
• Make sure the power button is switched on the whole time while charging.

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package dimensions, and applicable carrier regulations. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Shipping to other urban and surrounding areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier timelines.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for all orders.

Local delivery options are available within select areas of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and nearby cities. Availability and delivery timelines may vary.

For security purposes, we do not accept credit card payments when the billing and shipping addresses differ. In such cases, payment must be completed via e-transfer.
