Designed to be a quick and easy upgrade to any set of nails, mix into sculpting powder or gel to customize color and for a high impact finish. The CND® Over The Top Effects kit features four different luxurious chrome and holographic pigments: Pearl Obsession, a white chrome, Lightning Bolt, a blue chrome, Off The Chain, a rose gold chrome, and Gold Party, a gold holographic. For the ultimate nail artistry, layer over CND® SHELLAC® to accessorize with bold color before finishing with NEW CND® SHELLAC® No-Wipe+ Top Coat.

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package dimensions, and applicable carrier regulations. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Shipping to other urban and surrounding areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier timelines.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for all orders.

Local delivery options are available within select areas of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and nearby cities. Availability and delivery timelines may vary.

For security purposes, we do not accept credit card payments when the billing and shipping addresses differ. In such cases, payment must be completed via e-transfer.
