With their "SmartTech Polyurethane" (STP), Smart Step Mats are free of formaldehyde, heavy metals, PVC's, latex, plasticizers, phthalate, or any other fillers. Smart Step Mats provide the optimum in comfort and relief. The 3/4 Smart tech Polyurethane composite, effectively suspends body weight , thus reducing the impact on the back, legs, and feet, while encouraging proprioception (rebalancing). This exclusive advantage results in unmatched and consistent comfort.

The 20 degree, gradually beveled edges of a Smart Step Mat will never roll up, which prevents dangerous trip hazards. Distinctive to Smart Step, our STP includes 100% memory properties, meaning the mat is cured flat and will always remain flat. The unique one-piece construction of the Smart Step Mat eliminates the need for glue or toxic bonding agents that often break down in time. These mats will never seperate, bubble-up, ripple, or tear because of broken down glues.

Smart Step Mats have an unprecedented immediate recovery (bounce back) and are guaranteed to never lose their form. The one-piece STP polyurethane construction will not compress (squish down) creating dangerous high and low spots or lose resiliency. Maintenance:

Designed to provide comfort and well-being, Smart Step Mats require little to no special care. Most spills can easily be cleaned with warm water and a towel or mop. For more difficult stains, mild soap and water are recommended. It can be spot cleaned, swept, or stick vacuumed (non-brushrolled) as needed. Smart Step recommends that you always test our prodcuts with any chemicals to be used.

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package dimensions, and applicable carrier regulations. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Shipping to other urban and surrounding areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier timelines.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for all orders.

Local delivery options are available within select areas of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and nearby cities. Availability and delivery timelines may vary.

For security purposes, we do not accept credit card payments when the billing and shipping addresses differ. In such cases, payment must be completed via e-transfer.
