Mixed with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Creme, RefectoCil Blonde Brow enables salons to LIGHTEN eyebrows up to 3 shades. It was developed to meet all regulations applicable for bleaching eyebrows.

Why are eyebrows lightened?

1. To lighten untreated eyebrows

• Clients with dyed blond hair, whose natural color is black or brown, will be surprised! In the past “false blonds” could easily be identified, because of the too prominent or dark eyebrows. This belongs to the past now! From now on eyebrows can be lightened with RefectoCil Blonde Brow up to 3 shades and by this matched perfectly with the shade of bleached/dyed blond head hair.

2. To lighten before a tint*

• Often the natural eyebrow color is too dark for the desired tint color. By lightning eyebrows with Blonde Brow and then following with a tint, various color results (even lighter tints) can be achieved.

3. To be able to tint grey, white or bristly eyebrows

• These types of eyebrows are often not able to take up the tint due to their special structure. Lightening the untreated hair with Blonde Brow first allows for a tint afterwards.

Which RefectoCil products are needed?: Blonde Brow, Oxidant 3% Cream, Cosmetic Dish, Cosmetic Brush Gold

Before tinting: for gentle cleansing of the eyebrows use the non-oily RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover. In order to achieve the best possible tinting results, the eyebrows must be dry and free of oil.

Preparation of tint: Immediately before tinting, mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow and 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream in the RefectoCil Cosmetic Dish using the enclosed RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush gold and blend into a creamy paste for at least 2 minutes.

Lightning: After the customer has closed her eyes, apply the paste with the cosmetic brush to the eyebrows.

Attention: the hairs have to be completely covered from root to tip. Also, working against the direction of growth. An even tint can only be achieved if the eyebrows are completely covered and no hair is visible.

Application time: 5 to 20 minutes depending on the desired lightening shade.

Cleansing: at the end of the application time, remove the paste with RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover.

Important note: TINT AFTER LIGHTENING: Please take care that eyebrows need to be oil-free before tinting. Also, note that lighten eyebrows take on color quicker and more intensely than untreated hair. The intensity of the tint can vary depending on the structure of the hair and the lighting shade. We suggest, depending on the desired result, an application time of 1 to 5 minutes.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for all orders.
