Directions:

• This roller is both easy to use and feels super smooth on skin. Gentle steady pressure is all that is needed! Lightly grasp the roller close to the brass part on either end as shown.
• Keep your wrist close to your face when you use this tool; you do not need to press hard or roll swiftly to feel relief. Can be used daily, morning and evening.

Pro tip: Rollers can be hand-warmed before use or popped in the fridge a few minutes prior to rolling for an extra cooling effect used cold to re-invigorate a sore and tired face.

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package dimensions, and applicable carrier regulations. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Shipping to other urban and surrounding areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier timelines.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for all orders.

Local delivery options are available within select areas of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and nearby cities. Availability and delivery timelines may vary.

For security purposes, we do not accept credit card payments when the billing and shipping addresses differ. In such cases, payment must be completed via e-transfer.
