How To Use

• Pour Wax Beads into an empty wax can and place the collar around the wax can and heat up in GiGi wax warmer.
• Set temperature to High for 30-45 minutes until wax has a thick/caramel-like consistency, then set the temperature to Medium for the rest of the day.
• Test wax temperature on the inside of the wrist before waxing client.
• Cleanse area to be epilated with GiGi Pre Hon cleanser and pat completely dry with tissue.
• Holding the applicator at a 45-degree angle, apply a thick layer of wax in the way of hair growth (if using near the eye area, instruct the your customer to keep their eyes closed).
• Allow wax to cool on the skin until it becomes soft and pliable, approximately 30 seconds.
• Hold the skin taut and pull the wax off (parallel to the skin) with one quick motion in the opposite direction of hair growth.
• Immediately apply firm pressure to epilated area with the cushion of the fingers or palm of the hand to calm the skin.
• Apply GiGi Wax Off to remove any wax residue and to soothe & condition the skin.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Shipping to other urban and surrounding areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier timelines.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for all orders.

Local delivery options are available within select areas of the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and nearby cities. Availability and delivery timelines may vary.

For security purposes, we do not accept credit card payments when the billing and shipping addresses differ. In such cases, payment must be completed via e-transfer.
