A latex-free, hypoallergenic, porous (breathable), clear surgical tape that offers flexibility with application, easy to tear and water resistant. The 3M Tape is gentle and will not harm sensitive skin. Offers secure adhesion and can be used directly on skin under eyes to tape down lower eyelashes and/or taping the upper lid.
